In order to send a message to the rest of the team, Pardew stripped Jonny Evans of his captaincy in the FA Cup fixture with Southampton in which the Saints emerged triumphant.
The other three players (Gareth Barry, Boaz Myhill and Jake Livermore), who were involved in an incident surrounding a taxi and a fast food chain, have also been punished according to Pardew.
"They've been disciplined by the disciplinary board - there is a little board here that gets together and decides that. We move on hopefully, as best we can," he told 'Sky Sports.'
"Am I angry about the situation? Of course I am. It's tempered with a results business and we need to get results. That incident magnified our situation and the only way we can get out of that kind of spotlight is to win games," he added.
West Brom's visit to Barcelona was intended to serve as a training camp in the sun but intstead turned into a site of controversy.
On Saturday, West Brom face Huddersfield in the Premier League. Terriers boss David Wagner spoke out about the scandal in the build-up to the game: "I know I don't like it, but it's West Brom's problem which they have solved so nothing that really bothers us."
With relegation looming large and the team's reputation damaged, Pardew will now be hoping his side can dig deep to produce a 'great escape.'
