'Los Blancos' have so far kept their dream of winning a third consecutive European title alive. If successful, it would completely change the outlook on an otherwise disappointing season in Madrid.
Whether they lift the trophy or not though, Florentino Perez and his man are already looking at various options to strengthen the squad for next year in which will probably be a busy summer transfer window for Real.
During these past few months, a series of names have been linked with a move to the Bernabeu, none more so than Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar. However, it seems that Madrid want to bolster every aspect of their team, leaving no stone unturned.
At the expense of seeing what happens with the future of head coach Zinedine Zidane, the Spanish giants want a new goalkeeper, full-back, centre-back, midfielder and striker and won't be afraid to sell a host of current stars to fund their 'new project'.
The new signings will depend on who is available, and who performs well for the rest of the season, especially at the World Cup.
For now though, Madrid remain focused on the task of hand: defeating Juventus over two legs to secure their place in the semi-final - one step closer to a hand on their third European trophy in three years.
