Moore took over at West Brom in April, after a disastrous season saw Alan Pardew fired from his job. Moore had been a coach at West Brom, and was given the job until the end of the season, with the 'Baggies' widely expected to go down.
Although Moore was unable to save the side from relegation, he surprised everyone with the massive upturn in form that West Brom enjoyed after his arrival. Moore won three of his six games in charge, including the scalps of Tottenham and Manchester United.
This impressive spell has impressed the club, and it is reported by 'The Guardian' that West Brom will give the former defender the job on a permanent basis, with the aim of returning the side to the Premier League.
