Lennon burst onto the field to celebrate Jamie Maclaren's goal in stoppage-time that levelled the scores at 5-5 against Rangers to secure Hibs a point and a top-four finish.
The Hibs manager was then hastily sent down the tunnel by fourth official Bobby Madden before the match ended.
Lennon has landed himself with a fair few suspensions in recent months. He was already on a suspended two-match ban after confronting referee Kevin Clancy during a fixture aginst Kilmarnock in February.
Following the incident, he was handed a five-match ban for misconduct and was forced to miss three matches. Lennon was informed that the remaining two games would have to be served out if he committed misconduct again before the end of the year.
The SFA will hold a disciplinary hearing on Monday 21st May regarding how to proceed.
