Arsenal: Aaron Ramsey appears to have shaken off a hamstring problem in time to feature, having previously been a doubt for the game. Mesut Ozil is also expected to be involved despite missing the Europa League defeat to Ostersunds through illness. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is available for selection after being ineligible in midweek, though Arsene Wenger will be without the injured Alexandre Lacazette and Henrikh Mkhitaryan who is cup-tied. Cup goalkeeper David Ospina will start between the sticks.
Man City: Striker Gabriel Jesus could make his first appearance of 2018 after recovering from a knee problem suffered in the draw with Crystal Palace on New Year's Eve. Winger Raheem Sterling is struggling to be fit after missing the FA Cup loss to Wigan with a muscular problem, whilst Fabian Delph is banned after being sent off in that game. Claudio Bravo is expected to start in goal, as he has done throughout the competition so far.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger:
"Manchester City have so many players that you think you have to stop that it is better to focus on the team plan than rather than on any individual.
"It's true that I always used to use this competition with a youth team. For us it's an opportunity. We'll play with all the regular players.
"We go to Wembley and you want to win it, you want your fans to go home happy."
Man City boss Pep Guardiola:
"Of course we want to win, Arsenal do as well, we will try.
"We will be happy if we win, sad if we don't but after the game we have another match against Arsenal.
"We are going to try and maintain our level, but finals are different, it is not what you have done in the past."
