Stoke:
Stoke face a defensive shortage ahead of the visit of Chelsea. On-loan Kurt Zouma is ineligible against his former club, whilst Geoff Cameron (hamstring) and Ryan Shawcross (back) are both still out. Kevin Wimmer is also struggling with a hamstring problem but he may be forced to play through the pain barrier. Should Wimmer not make it, Mark Hughes could opt to play full-backs Erik Pieters or Glen Johnson alonside Bruno Martins Indi centre-half. Mame-Biram Diouf is also a doubt with a knee problem.
Chelsea:
Eden Hazard is expected to make his first Premier League start of the season after coming through Wednesday's Carabao Cup win over Nottingham Forest unscathed, whilst Pedro is also back fit after a leg injury. Tiemoue Bakayoko has shaken off the effects of a minor car crash and is fit to play, though Antonio Conte will have to do without David Luiz and Danny Drinkwater, with the pair missing out due to suspension and a calf injury respectively.

Stoke have lost more Premier League games against Chelsea than any other side (13).
