The Serbian side sit in second place in Group H with one win and one draw from their opening two Europa League fixtures. The 1991 European Cup winners have conceded just three goals in 14 matches in the Serbian SuperLiga and Europa League so far this season.
Red Star Belgrade look to have a fully fit squad for the match, including Manchester City loanee Luka Ilic.
Arsenal:
The Gunners have have won their previous two Europa League group games and will look to bounce back from a disappointing defeat to Watford in the Premier League last Saturday with a victory in Serbia which would see them go five points clear at the top of Group H.
Arsene Wenger has said he will start Mathieu Debuchy for the first time in 11 months. Petr Cech will start in goal, while Danny Welbeck (hamstring) and Santi Cazorla (ankle) are among a number of first-team players who haven't travelled.
