Ousmane Dembele is FC Barcelona's latest signing, becoming the second-most expensive signing in history. Borussia Dortmund were strong negotiators, but finally both clubs struck a deal.
The tug-of-war between Barca and Dortmund had gone on for weeks before culminating in the most expensive signing in the history of the Catalan club.
Barcelona will pay 105 million euros plus add-ons and the Frenchman will sign a five-year contract with a buy-out clause set at 400 million euros. He will wear the No 11 shirt.
The 20-year-old, who is expected to replace Neymar up front, will arrive in Barcelona on Sunday. He will undergo a medical on Monday morning before his official unveiling at the Camp Nou.

The young France international forced his way out of the Bundesliga outfit, with his latest act of rebellion involving intentionally failing to report for training. He was keen on the move, and the youngster is not short of confidence as he believes he can help the crowd at the Camp Nou forget about Neymar.
Barcelona attempted the winger's signing back in 2016, but the player himself favoured Dortmund over Barca, where the 'msn' would not allow him to get the appropriate amount of game time.
One summer later, and some 105 million euros plus 40 depending on targets, Dembele arrives at the Camp Nou, with the objective of forming a deadly strike force alongside Leo Messi and Luis Suarez. He is one of the most promising young players around, and Barcelona are hoping to exploit his potential.

Last season, he made 49 appearances for Dortmund. He scored 10 goals, but stood out thanks to his assists: 21 in total. His dribbling and pace, added to a great eye for the game, will prove a great addition to Barcelona's attack.
Barcelona have signed a plan for the present and the future. Neymar's successor is here.
